Warranty & Refund Policy:
One Year Limmited Warranty: All modified or custom built watches/clocks will come with a one year limited warranty against defective components. We will either repair or replace the defective part or item. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with the details of the defective product.

No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless the item you purchased is defective. See above Section.
Upon receipt of the defective product/item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 72 hours, whether you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If you are entitled to a replacement or repair, we will replace the product or repair it and notify you of the details and timing of repair or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total purchase price, using the original method of payment.
